The modern city is an open and ever-changing landscape. Scattered in its midst appear the so-called urban voids, encapsulating within them historical memory, visual interest, diversity, the element of transition, balancing between the public and the private.
The film, having as a starting point and guide a series of 12 visual/architectural actions by the group “Urban Void”, explores the notion of the urban void, the polysemy and the dynamics of these spaces, their complexity, the morphological variety that they present, the way they appear within the urban fabric and interact with their surroundings, as in between places and carriers of memory.
